All lights in the offices and in the warehouse have been replaced by energy-saving LEDs and starting in 2025, a solar system on the roof will supply us with our own energy.

Our decades of professional experience in the field of pharmaceutical trading have contributed to an excellent global supplier network characterized by reliability
and partnership is characterized. The regular qualification and certification of our raw material suppliers and our own companies is a matter of course. This is how the B.M.P. Bulk Medicines & Pharmaceuticals GmbH has been successfully certified organic since 2017. This certification allows us to offer a growing number of organic quality extracts and raw materials for the dietary supplement industry.
In addition, B.M.P.GmbH is registered for the import and trade of active pharmaceutical ingredients and has a license to wholesale human and veterinary medicines.
Participation in the GMP+ Feed Certification scheme (GMP+ FC) is also essential for the feed industry, as this certification offers uniform international standards for the production of safe feed.
Security and reliability
Our aim in our work is to enable customers to produce their products safely. The demands on our reliable delivery management become greater the more the economic conditions change. In order to consistently meet the very high quality standards, our specialists are committed to consistently adhering to all relevant guidelines. This includes, for example, GDP. GDP – Good Distribution Practice – stands for good distribution practice for pharmaceuticals and active ingredients. We ensure that the quality and integrity of the products is maintained throughout the entire supply chain – from storage to transport and handling.
At the end of 2003, a quality management system was established at BMP. This system was certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 at the beginning of 2004 and has been audited at regular intervals ever since.

In September 2024, the Schleswig-Holstein State Office for Social Services granted the B.M.P. GmbH confirmed GDP compliance by granting permission to wholesale pharmaceuticals in accordance with Section 52a Paragraph 1 AMG and Article 99 of Regulation (EU) 2019/6 in conjunction with Section 29 TAMG. We have a corresponding GDP certificate.
Since April 2017 the B.M.P. Bulk Medicines & Pharmaceuticals GmbH organic certified. Ongoing controls are carried out by Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH (control body number DE-ÖKO-001). This ongoing certification allows us to offer a constantly growing selection of extracts and raw materials in organic quality for the dietary supplement industry.
Demonstrable guarantees of feed safety are an essential prerequisite for sales in the feed industry in many countries and markets. Participation in the GMP+ FC scheme was therefore inevitable for us and we are pleased that LGA InterCert Certification Company mbH has confirmed to us that our processes (trading, recording, storage and transshipment) meet these standards.
Since 1983 the B.M.P. GmbH holds a valid license to trade in narcotics in accordance with the Narcotics Act and for raw materials in accordance with the Basic Substances Monitoring Act.
The Federal Aviation Office granted us approval as a known consignor for the first time in May 2013. We continue to meet the requirements of Section 9a Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 of the Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG) in conjunction with the Implementing Regulation (DVO) (EU) 2015/1998.
The B.M.P. Bulk Medicines & Pharmaceuticals GmbH is certified as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO). This certificate confirms our high level of reliability, security and compliance in international goods traffic.
Thanks to AEO certification, our customers benefit from customs simplifications, accelerated processes and a particularly secure supply chain.
As a prerequisite for GMP+ certification, we have a valid feed approval, which we received for the first time in April 2009 from the Schleswig-Holstein state laboratory with the approval number. α DE SH 1 00113 was issued.
