The Managing Board of B.M.P. Pharma Trading AG has been restructured. With effect from 17 June 2021, the previous Chair of the Board, Mr Bernd Michael Jörss, will leave the company. The new full Board of Management, Mr Henning A. Nau, will continue the success of B.M.P. Pharma Trading AG.

After more than 20 successful years as Chair of the Managing Board of B.M.P. Pharma Trading AG, Mr. Jörss will devote himself to new personal tasks outside the company.

Mr Nau is a leader with an international profile and impressive experience in growth companies. He is the ideal person to, among other things, further expand the presence of the newly incorporated TAO Cosmetics Trading GmbH in the relevant European market. The group is thus ideally positioned to concentrate on fully exploiting the market potential in its core market of Europe in the future.

Pharma Trading AG would like to express its sincere thanks to Mr Bernd Michael Jörss for his great contribution to the successful development of B.M.P. Pharma Trading AG in recent years. Especially after the very challenging last years, he leaves behind a consolidated and stable company.
