Certifications

The decisive prerequisite for a reliable and secure partnership is the responsible handling of raw materials. Quality is the most important aspect of the responsible actions of our employees. .In order to do justice to the high quality standards and to guarantee them in the long term, a team of specialists have committed themselves to the consistent observance of all corresponding directives.

A quality management system was set up at BMP at the end of 2003, which was certified at the beginning of 2004 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. Since then we are controlled at regular intervals.

TÜV/ ISO- Certificate

In December 2006, the Pharmaceuticals Monitoring  Board responsible in Schleswig Holstein confirmed BMP’s GMP-compliance by granting us a Manufacturing Licence in accordance with Section 13, AMG, as well as an Import Licence in accordance with Section 72, Pharmaceuticals Law. We are in possession of a corresponding GMP Certificate.

In addition, BMP was granted a Permit for Trade with Narcotics and Raw Materials, in accordance with the Raw Materials Monitoring Law dated 2/11/1983.

In the case of active ingredients and raw materials covered by REACH (phase-in materials) , our internal REACH expert assures the proper pre-registration and transition of this to the registration phase. We will gladly supply corresponding documents relating to the pre-registration completed for the individual active ingredients on request.
