Dipl.-Kfm. (grad. Business Management) Wolfgang Westphalen is a tax consultant and partner in

• ECOVIS WESTPHALEN –Steuerberater (tax consultants) - Hamburg;
• ECOVIS has 120 branches in Germany and representatives in 33 countries
• Managing partner of DEUTAX TREUHAND GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft - Hamburg

Following “A“Levels and military service in the army, Mr. Westphalen studied business administration at Hamburg University, and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.

Following a 3-year period as audit assistant for a notable company of Hamburg Chartered Accountants, he was appointed tax consultant in the mid 1980’s, after having passed his professional examination.,

The same year, Mr. Wesphalen started up his first tax consultancy partnership in Hamburg with a professional colleague.

Apart from his activity as tax consultant, Mr. Westphalen is

• a member of the Advisory Council of the Hamburger Sparkasse (Hamburg Savings Bank),(largest savings bank in Europe)),
• a member of the Board of Representatives of a large Hamburg housing association, and
• has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of B.M.P. Pharma Trading AG since it was founded.

Dr. Jürgen Scheer

Dr. Jürgen Scheer, born 14./9/1940, solicitor in Hamburg,  
former partner of the law partnership Lorenz-Meyer & Scheer,
now adviser and barrister for various medium-sized companies, mainly dealing, among other things, with international and national commercial any company law, contract law, commercial legal protection and competition law, industrial law and transport law. Former member of Board of Directors of the Hanseatic Bar Association.
Member of the Supervisory Board since May 2000.

Rudolf Tiemann

Rudolf Tiemann, born in 1948, Dipl. Physiker (grad. physicist), working since 1975 in the trade of chemicals and related products. Since 25 years Mr. Tiemann is the Managing Director of a foreign trade company with joint production of pharmaceutical ingredients and is former chairman of the VDC (association of companies trading with drugs and chemicals) and the WGA (trade association of wholesalers and foreign trade) in Hamburg. Member of the Supervisory Board since July, 2010.
